2014 Dore Family Reunion

... was held on 26 July 2014 at the Del Webb Grand Dominion Clubhouse in Mundelein, Illinois. The organized program attracted 23 family members, who spent the afternoon lunching and reminiscing. For photos, please click here. We thank the Reunion Organizing Committee:  The Heidemanns – Paul, Pam, Phyllis, and especially, Jennifer & Dave.

The 2008 family reunion was held Saturday 28 June through Wednesday 2 July 2008 at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park CO. 60 family members attended  - with Jim's family leading the attendance derby with 27. We dedicated  most of Sunday to an organized program in the reunion room, and we had the rest of the time for informal gatherings and for exploring the YMCA, the nearby town of Estes Park, and the surrounding mountains.

We were also honored with a virtual attendee: our cousin, Maura Bambury, of County Cork, who sent gracious greetings via email.  Maura is Bartholomew "Bat" Bambury's grand-daughter. Bat was Gramma Dore's youngest brother, making Maura a second cousin to our elder generation (Jeanne, Betty, Cliff, et al.).
